This is an honest unbiased review. My elderly Mom gives this place 5 stars and I give it 2.
Together we have been here probably 50+ times over the past 8 years. I come here because my Mom loves it and sometimes love involves sacrifice.
My Mom loves the wide variety of food they serve and marvels at how it can be so cheap. Everything she eats she says is delicious.
I now only eat the salmon which is very good, a little salad, sometimes I have hot and sour soup, sometimes a little fried rice or even a wonton.
Three different times I tried their chicken wings and all three times they were cold, or at least some of them were cold. The sodium level was off the charts.
My biggest concern is cleanliness.
In general I do not like buffets. Six years ago I witness a patron leaving the bathroom without washing her hands. Every serving utinsel you handle has been handled by many others.
About 4-5 years ago I saw the cook who cooks food on hibachi grill wipe his nose with his hand. That grossed me out so I also stopped ordering the fresh cooked food.
The silverware frequently looks smudged. I bring it into the washroom and rinse it off. I do the same with plates, the trust is not there regarding cleanliness.
The staff are very warm and friendly. I noticed them cleaning up, tidying up the floor, sweeping, getting rid of dirty dishes. A new waitress grabbed my Mom's plate from her while she was still finishing her food lol. Mom got irritated but let it go. Thats the first time that ever happened.
They replaced all their ripped up seats a few years ago so the place looks decent inside. Now they have to replace the exterior sign, not sure what happened but it looks like hell from the outside. -

This place is total and utter trash. I have no idea why it's still in business and how it has not been closed down. I can't believe they charge $13 a person for this swill. I have eaten around the world, but can't remember if I have ever spit my food back into a napkin. The chicken tasted like it was so old it no longer resembled chicken. This whole area is going to be replaced with something else. This "buffet" should have departed the area with Menard's ... it is dead to me.

A wonder place to eat at. Many choices and they even have sushi and a chef that could cook in front of you

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We went out to have dinner at this buffet and went to get sushi in the back by the wall first. Before we were able to get food we saw a cockroach on one of the sushi plates. That is disgusting and unacceptable. We got our money back and left, however this is unsanitary and this place should be shut down. I am glad we saw the cockroach before we even started eating. I will be reporting this place to the health department.

My friends were raving about this place being really good with some of the best tasting food (they had last visited a year ago) so we went today right around opening time. they had a good selection however most of our food was cold (even though they had just opened?) and had weird tastes. not sure what kind of egg rolls has raw pork in it but there it was, very pink stuff inside the egg rolls. a bigger issue was with the orange chicken, and the sweet and sour chicken. it was very hard and didn't taste right. the lo mein noodles were tasteless but the fried rice was okay with soy sauce. my friend who is a pescatarian ate some seafood and now currently has food poisoning as we speak. big mistake going here. really disappointed because it used to be so good.
